In the Alpine Region a lot of schools have only a smaller number of students in mixed perennial classes. This often requires different models of teaching. In order to establish innovative and sustainable concepts for these types of schools, the project analyses and compares different teaching models in Vorarlberg (Western Austria) and Graubünden (Switzerland). Teachers and students can benefit from exchanging views and experiences how education in small rural schools works elsewhere. The project is funded by the EU regional development fund EFRE.
